OBJECTIVES
Participants will have a fulfilling 4 days course whereby they will be
able to:
1) Gain wider knowledge of complex electro-pneumatic circuit design
2) Read and construct the complex system with supplementary
conditions
3) Provide a systematic approach in fault finding and correction
WHO SHOULD ATTEND
Technicians, Supervisors, Designers and Engineers who are involved
in design, assembly and maintenance of Electro-Pneumatic control
systems
COURSE CONTENT
1) Design of various controls with ladder diagram (Logic, Memory,
Intermediate Position, Counting, Time-Dependent and Pressure-
Dependent Controls)
2) Reading of complex circuit with step diagram
3) Systematic approach to sequential design
4) Various cut-off methods for opposing signal
5) Sequential design with supplementary conditions (Single/Continuous
cycle, Manual/Automatic mode, Inching, Emergency Stop design, etc)
6) Special circuits for industrial application
7) Electrical Safety
8) Practical exercises with systematic troubleshooting
