Strategic Collaboration Between SMC Automation and Samsung SDIEM — July 2025

We are pleased to announce that SMC Automation (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Samsung SDI Energy Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. to establish a collaborative framework for technical training and knowledge sharing.

The MoU outlines a mutual commitment to enhance technical competencies in Basic Pneumatics, Electro-Pneumatics, and Mechatronics, with a focus on supporting Samsung SDIEM’s operational and training needs.

SMC Malaysia at LabAsia 2025 (July 14–16)

SMC Automation (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. had an exciting and successful presence at LabAsia 2025 @Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre (July 14–16). We introduced our digital automation solutions — a new approach to laboratory automation — attracting strong interest from visitors.

Our booth was buzzing with local and international guests, including VIPs, and we also hosted a well-received technical seminar to share insights on our technologies. Lecturers from the Institute of Intelligent & Interactive Technologies (UEH) attended a five-day training program at SMC Vietnam after the MOU was signed.
