LH-FOF wins 3rd place at ABU Robocon 2026, showcasing Vietnamese innovation on the international stage

SMC Vietnam proudly congratulates LH-FOF from Lac Hong University (LHU), representing Vietnam at ABU Robocon 2026, on winning 3rd Place and the Best Design Award.

This remarkable achievement is a proud milestone that reflects the creativity, determination, and passion of LHU’s students as they compete on the international stage.

Celebrating Indonesia’s Independence at SMC Indonesia

SMC Indonesia celebrated Independence Day with enthusiasm and togetherness through a variety of fun and meaningful activities. Employees participated in traditional games, sports and e-sports competitions such as ping pong and Mobile Legends, as well as fun quizzes that brought everyone together.

The celebration also featured a Best Costume Competition, where employees proudly showcased Indonesia’s rich cultural heritage through traditional attire.

More than just a celebration, the activities reflected the spirit of independence, teamwork, unity, enthusiasm, and the courage to challenge ourselves—values that we can carry into our daily lives and work.

Shoketsu SMC Corporation Technology and Product Exhibition

Shoketsu SMC Corporation conducted an in-house Technology and Product Exhibition at the customer’s premises on 5 and 13 August 2026, showcasing innovative automation and energy-efficient solutions designed to improve productivity and sustainability.

Featured technologies included Electric Actuators for precise motion control, Energy-Saving Solutions to reduce air consumption and operating costs, and the Air Combination Unit and Air Management System for enhanced pneumatic performance.

The exhibition provided customers with an opportunity to experience SMC technologies firsthand, consult with our Sales and Engineering Support teams, explore Collaborative Robot Solutions for safe and efficient human-machine collaboration, and identify solutions tailored to their specific operational requirements.

Shoketsu SMC Corporation at TESDA Batangas World Cafe of Opportunities

Shoketsu SMC Corporation proudly participated in the World Café of Opportunities at the TESDA Regional Training Center Gymnasium in Batangas City on 25 August 2026.

The event provided a valuable opportunity to engage with students, trainees, and job seekers while promoting industrial automation technologies. SMC showcased training equipment and electric actuators, giving participants hands-on exposure to automation applications in modern manufacturing and industrial processes.

Through product demonstrations and discussions, SMC highlighted the importance of technical skills development and innovation. The event also strengthened industry-academia collaboration, supported workforce readiness, and introduced participants to career opportunities in industrial automation.
