 SMC Vacuum Gripper operates independently without the need for an external air supply.

By simply connecting an electrical wire connector, the built-in vacuum pump powers up, creating the necessary vacuum for workpiece adsorption. The system seamlessly integrates a vacuum pump, atmospheric release valve, pressure monitor, and vacuum cup etc.

Additionally, it achieves energy saving/ efficiency by reducing current consumption by a maximum of 64%, thanks to automatic/manual operation modes. With a diverse range of cup variations, the gripper accommodates various workpiece shapes, and it adheres to ISO9409-1-50-4-M6 standards.

 The innovative design of SMC Rubber sheet fingers facilitates the secure grasping of diverse workpieces without the necessity for tailored finger configurations based on the workpiece shape.

This eliminates the need for customization, enabling efficient gripping of tightly packed workpieces. The elastic mounting attachment for the fingers can be manufactured by the customer.

The material utilized for this product is Silicone rubber in a blue color variant, ensuring compliance with FDA regulations and Japan Food Sanitation Act standards. Additionally, for general-purpose gripping applications, EPDM in a black color variant is employed.
